My favourite property in Tunis. Lots of goodies for breakfast. A safe box, a mini-bar, and central heating in the room and the comfy bed. Accommodating very friendly staff, marvellous location in the Lake 1 area. Based next to the Tunis airport...

Great place to stay while in Tunis. Very very nice and accommodating staff with great local knowledge. Central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television available in the a double room. Good base for day tour, would recomand.

my recent stay at a hotel in Tunis was incredible! Having stayed there before, I had high expectations, and Maia Hotel Suites surpassed them all. The newly renovated rooms were aesthetically pleasing, the staff was incredibly friendly, especially Wajdi, and the location near the airport made it very convenient for my early morning flight.

The room at Maia Hotel Suites was absolutely perfect for me! The fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave was super handy for preparing quick meals, and the flat-screen TV with satellite channels provided great entertainment. I also loved the balcony in the double room, which offered a lovely view of the surroundings. As someone who enjoys a cozy and convenient stay, I couldn't have asked for more!
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the soundproofing in the triple room. Others might find it beneficial, but I prefer a bit more natural ambience.
